My teaching philosophy emphasizes fostering independence, celebrating progress, and promoting positive relationships. By setting clear expectations and maintaining consistent routines, I aim to help students with moderate to severe disabilities build confidence, develop communication skills, and engage meaningfully in their educational journey.
